    Anyone experiencing the same? My Q10 kept on rebooting every now and then. Don't know what's causing this.

    Maybe it's just a coincidence that you updated recently.

    Could be a loose battery connecting. Fold some paper or a business card and put it in the battery compartment to force the battery toward the contacts.

    I have 2 NX1 batteries, switched batts, still the same problem.

    The problem could be with the contacts on the device.

    Here is my "battery" fix:
    Tape , and its easy to take/pull out battery .

    Q10/SQN100-3

    Thanks a lot guys, i tried inserting a paper in between battery and upper gap, seems to solved the problem.
