I've been trying to sync my pictures and music onto my new Q10, however four times now, the phone screen goes black and it does not respond at all. I have to hold the power button down for a while until it appears to start booting again.

My pictures folder is 4GB, 2800 pictures... i know its not small but it is also not large. I have a Sandisk 64GB card installed in the device.

I also notice before it actually goes black and locks up, the Hub reboots a lot, and i cannot launch apps, they look like they are about to open then close.

I know this won't solve your sync issue, but you could transfer the picture by opening up the SD card on the computer and copying them over that way.
