    So I'm trying to take apart my Q10, but after I pop off the battery cover, there's two screws on the top. Looks like some tape or something has been applied on top of them, after scratching it off with a screwdriver, I can't seem to take the screws out. anyone know what specific screw driver is necessary? I have a screw driver to take the rest of the screws out, but having no luck with the top two.

    I thought so as well, but after searching deeper online, I'm getting a 'pentalobe screwdriver' but have no idea what that may be.

    Figures they would put a couple of security screws in there just to make it harder,
