Does anyone know how to hide their phone number on a Q10? OT was so simple on any previous BlackBerry device.

With rogers you can dial #31# before the number and then press send, but that must be done on every call, OR alternatively you can press the phone icon, swipe down, select settings, scroll down to "show my number" and change the option to off and it will be done for all calls

Go to the Phone app. Pull down from top and go to Settings. In the Settings, go to the "Show My Number" option and turn it off. Voila - all done!

Hi - There is no "show my number" in the 'settings' menu of my phone app. (using BBQ10 & Verizon Wireless).

Any alternatives?

In the UK dialling 141 before the outgoing number is the normal method of hiding your number. But beware this DOES NOT WORK on BB10 devices.

In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen.
Tap Settings > Show my Number.
Set the Allow My Number to Appear switch to On.

You have to actually tap on the phone icon as if you are about to make a call, then you pull down from the top of the screen and tap on the settings icon, scroll down to "show my number" tap on it and the turn the setting off. Number should not show once you place a call.

This option is carrier dependent.
I can confirm it works on AT&T, as I turned it on by accident once. Took a week before I figured out why my wife wouldn't answer LOL!!!
