Hello everyone,

I am new to the forums and have recently purchased a Q10. I find the phone to be an excellent messaging/email device.

My problem is when I try to send an email using the shortcut "email (name)" it allows me to compose the email but it will not send.

There was another thread on this but it was never resolved.

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

A couple items worth noting:

1. If I simply type email and compose from there it works

2. I have multiple email accounts and have tried setting different ones as default. This did not remedy the situation

3. I do have the latest OS installed

Hello I have just posted the same problem, but removed it when I saw yours.

You are not alone on this problem, as I too suffer from it.
