Hi All,
I have 3 Q10s from Verizon for my family. One of them I think is dead. Won't boot up and tried various things including putting my battery into the bad Q10 and still no luck. If that would have work, I would have just gotten a battery. Sofar I have been working on this for several hours.

Any case, I just checked with Verizon and they no longer carry the Q10. Verizon does offer the Classic and the Z30.

1) Does anyone know where I can get another Q10 that will work with Verizon that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

2) If I can't find a Q10, is the Classic comparable to the Q10. I'm not a phone expert and this phone would be for my mother-inlaw so I would like for something to be similar so it's easy for us to help her. Also a keyboard is important.

The Classic has a physical kb and is similar to the Bold.
It would be a pretty good exchange if VZW would offer you that

I would check Amazon and eBay for new Q10s. I bought a new Q5 just last week and got a great price.

Yes as mentioned you can buy them on Amazon new for 200-250 I think. I've also noticed on local online ads there is often lots of used ones cheaper. I bought my father a Classic this winter and it is bigger, but the screen is bigger too which is nicer but to buy they are pricey. Cheaper options would be the q10, q5, z10, leap or z30
