Upgraded from a 9900 to a Q10 roughly 2 weeks ago. 1/2 the time when I turn off the phone and put it to charge (roughly 11pm-7am) and in the morning the LED light is still blinking as if the phone isn't fully charged yet. Funny thing is that when I put it to charge at night the phone has 40-50% battery. Then when I put it to charge while it is on, the two lines come out to the left of battery indicator which I know its fully charged but if I just do anything on the phone while it is plugged into the wall the charging symbol on the battery starts to blink again as if I am drawing battery, and even when I put the phone back down it'll continue with the blinking icon on the battery for ever. I attached a snapshot, I turned it on because it was still blinking (after being powered off and charging for 7 hours or so) and look

Are you using the charger that came with the Q, or the 9900 one? That could be an issue if it's the old one. They work, but they're not the same...

Q10 charger.

I used the PlayBook charger for the 9900. Luckily I never had an issue though (with the 9900)

If I charge my Q10 with my old 9900 charger, will it harm the battery? I have tried doing it and when I charge overnight, the phone says 99% and still charging in the morning. So long as this does not actually harm the battery, I don't mind not getting to the full 100%.

Not sure. I think it's something it's similar to when I plug into the PC. It never charges to 100%.
