I cannot seem to read any group text messages - they all say "You have a message awaiting retrieval. Click button below to download it." And then when you click on "download here," it does nothing! HELP!!! This is for the Q10 - thanks.

I cannot seem to open any group text messages on my Q10. When I receive group texts, I get a message prompting me to click on a button - when I click on it - nothing happens.

I'm having the same issue with my Q10. Emails are not coming to my phone as well. Verizon here

Are the group text messages from iPhone users? If so they may have to go into their phone settings > text messages and make sure for group chats, they send texts when iMessage isn't available.

If that's not the case, go to your hub, go into the overflow menu (three dots in the lower right), settings > text messages > MMS and scroll to the bottom of the screen and make sure that the auto retrieval option is set to "Always On".

If neither of those solves the issue, I would call up your carrier to report the issue and see if they have any insight from the back end. There may be a setting on their side preventing you from receiving MMS messages.
