Hello..

Anyone have experience with Q10 can't received BBM from old model? Already check everything, reload, update firmware, device switch using memory cards.

Connection using wireless, using sim card, even using wireless without sim card also can't.

Any help please..

Yes. My GF had this problem with her 9900. She could not send to my Zed 10. Have the person with the older device delete BBM and re-install it. Worked fine after that.

Give that a try and report back.

So the 9900 delete the Q10 BBM and re-add pin?

Delete the contact from your BBM and get them to do the same to you then re-add; let us know if this works for you.

I assume when you try to send a message you do not get a 'D' for delivered?

My Q10 can send to old model, but they can't send bbm to Q10

Trying deleting and re-add now.. will post result

Delete the pin and re-add again. BBM back to normal, but damn have to re-add 400 pin
