    Anyone know how to fix the camera. The screen is black on the q10 camera and won't take pictures if you press switch camera you can use the camera facing you buy not the other just a black screen

    Your finger isn't covering the camera right? I know it's a stupid question but I jad a girlfriend who did that once and just want to make sure.

    Yes I rebooted and when that didn't work I pulled the Battery and still no

    If the reboot didn't work. Return it grab yourself aa new device because that's a odd problem.

    Sounds like a hardware issue to me if you can switch to the front camera and it'll show fine...

    Same thing started for me this weekend. At first I couldn't link pics to text messaged or Facebook. Now camera goes black, but I can link pics again WTF?!
