    Default Q10 Call Log

    I've recently upgraded my wife's Z10 to a Q10, but there isn't any call log. I installed the latest 10.2 OS.

    Appreciate any help

    Caribbean Z30
    7100t-> 8700g-> 8800-> 8310-> 9000-> 9500-> 9800-> 9900-> Z10-> Z30

    Has she already used the phone App to get a call/to call someone?
    You find it in the HUB (phone/calls) or by typing once on the phone symbol at the bottom left corner on any (home)screen.
    The past calls (on the Z10) she had won't be transferred!

    Yes, she's been using it for the past 4 days and no incoming or outgoing are logged, everything in the hub settings are correct just as with the z10 was set up for logging as well as my z30

    I'll reinstall the OS later tonight or sometime tomorrow and update accordingly
