    I installed Blackberry Blend on my MAC 10.10 X OS today.

    I have a Blackberry q10 -- I was using blackberry blend for its SMS feature while I was on the phone - when I got off the phone all my messages on my phone were deleted, including all my emails, (IMAP & ENTERPRISE) as well as all my text messages.

    I don't know how in the world this happened and I can't figure out how to retrieve everything.

    I do NOT have a backup file, although I used to have blackberry protect -- I can't seem to find it on the q10.
