He was at the z10 launch and got to compare both devices. Personally, I would say that the weight of the two would be too close to call for most people.

The source is me lol. I held them both in my hand at launch, definitely lighter.

P'S and definitely well balanced, it does not feel top heavy.

Agreed. I use heavy duty cases and the otterbox $ucks to begin with, always peeling up around the edges. I can't imagine how otterbox is going to peel away with nothing to grip onto

I didn�t expect this great difference after comparing the given sizes:

9790: 110 x 60 x 11,4 mm with 107gr
9900: 115 x 66 x 10,5 mm with 130gr
Q10: 119 x 67 x 10,3 mm with 139gr

I think those numbers are wrong, the Q10 is definitely lighter than the 9900

If you look at this video: BlackBerry Q10 First Look Video! | CrackBerry.com around 4:15, you see 139 grams on the spec sheet. So the various sources would have taken it from Blackberry itself.

I've owned and used every BlackBerry touchscreen phone and have to say that the Z10 is the FIRST one that I can actually type on with consistent accuracy and confidence. Those waiting for Q10 will still have to adapt to the common gestures currently performed on the Z10 as the aid of a trackpad is no longer...biggest question is how important the extra real estate is to you...and it looks FANTASTIC @ 356 ppi.

My plans as of right now for sure. Getting the Z10 on Verizon month to month then grab the Q10 with a contract or keep the Z for a while and see if my mind changes on keeping the all touch. actually the size looks good, screen seems bigger than my 9930 and it still has a keyboard.

How do you know what carrier is getting the white version?

I'm going on past experience, Rogers in Canada has always had the white BB's (The one's i wanted atleast - 9000, 97xx, 9900). The Z10 also came in white and black at launch, funny that all available units that were available at the stores were the white ones --> had to order my black Z10 lol...

Question: what will be the battery size ? I thought it was 2100mah but I have seen some people talking about a 2300mah.
