    Hi,
    My q10 takes forever to send bbm messages to some contacts and sometimes fails. To other contacts its perfect and my friends also report that they cant bbm me but their phones work fine with other contacts.

    For me its just 2 contacts but it very frustrating.

    Any suggestions? Already tried restarted etc

    Are these contacts on iOS or Android devices?

    Nope they are also BlackBerry user. Just older phones

    I have the same problem. To android ios and bb10 messages are perfect, to bbos there is a delay.
