On the first three days, my Q10 battery lasted 2-3 hours from a full charge. I noticed the device was also running very hot.

So, last night I made the following config changes - and today the battery has lasted well over ten hours!

    1. Change ALL email accounts from PUSH to SYNC. Set the SYNC interval for the accounts that you don't check often to 30 minutes and the one or two you check frequently to every 1 minute.

    2. Log out of Twitter (Each time I clicked on Twitter the App would just show the spinning circle.) So, I simply disabled the account (not sure if there is a problem with the Twitter app?)

    3. When out of the home or office turn off WIFI.

    4. When out of your car turn off BlueTooth.

    5. Turn down the Display Brightness.

I have 6 email addresses set to push, with 5 minute interval, twitter, linked in, facebook, screen brightness on full, wifi on, bluetooth on, nfc on even though I've never used it yet, and I'm clearing 10 hours no problem #justsaying

Update your twitter app in appworld and the spinning circle problem will go away, maybe that's killing your battery if it's left open.

Try undoing each of those steps one at a time to see if any one of them is causing the problem. You shouldn't have battery issues, I destroy the usage on my phone and get days worth no problem.
