Hi,
I moved to Canada in September 2013 and bought my Q10 with bell during the same month. I loved the battery life till now but over the past couple of days my battery drains faster comparatively. Based on my use, i could easily get through more than 20 hours after a charge but now it lasts 10-11 hours at max. My usage hasn't changed. being new to Canada and it's super cold winters i was wondering if this sort of thing usually happens during winter.

Conductivity increases in colder temperatures, which could result in higher battery drain.

I work in freezing cold Temps and haven't noticed any extra drain on my battery. Just me

Could try the old battery trick of letting it drain completely, then charging it beyond what it needs to see if it increases battery life or not.

Being indoors a lot more now, Im constantly on my Q10, as soon as I hear the notification ring and see the red LED blink I immediately answer, notice I've been charging every night since the fall started, so could be something like that, not necessarily your battery being "weaker" in the colder months.
