    I own the Q10 Battery Charger Bundle, and have experienced battery drain with the replacement battery in between uses. I'm surprised by this and would have expected the back-up battery to hold its charge since it's just sitting in the case.

    Has anyone had this happen ? Is it normal, or is there a problem ?

    When I had my Z10 with the charger bundle it would also drain if I left it in the case (with the case unplugged, naturally). Just take it out of the case when it is finished charging and you'll be good.

    Yeah, I have the z10 version and it discharges quite a bit more than I expected.

    I keep it in my laptop bag for travel and actually set a recurring calendar entry to charge in case I don't use it for a while.

    I own a Q10 bundle and usually swap batteries every week so one just doesn't sit around
