Hi everyones,
I recently bought a used BlackBerry Q10 to replace my broken one. Since too much time now, I am trying to downgrade it from 13.3.1 to 10.2.1, but without success. Autoloaders won't work, they're only rebooting my device and then closing themselves. Just before it closes, I can read ''Error: Failed to load this image'' and ''Error: This OS version is blocked from the device''. I tried to download from many sources the Autoloader file, then I used Sic MultiWipe to clean all the device but it's still doing the same thing over and over again. I don't know what to do now, and my researches in Google didn't helped me at all. I NEED YOUR HELP, CRACKBERRY COMMUNITY

If you're on 10.3.2.whatever, then you can't downgrade to 10.3.1 or earlier. No way around it.
