    hi everyone . i update yesterday my bb q10 on last soft 10.1.0.4181 and after this every ytime a received a call phone the name of contact dont apear in display

    There are several reports regarding sync problems between Phone App and Contacts App. So, your case is no surprise.

    I am sorry it is happening.

    If your contacts come from Google or are cloud based I would delete them (making sure to have a backup in the cloud) and repopulate again.
