    HI!,
    I'm having problems unlocking my BlackBerry Q10.
    I've bought it in ebay, it has Sprint Network.
    When I go to the Sim Card it says the message as below:
    The Sim Card isn't compatible with either the network or the device. For assistance, contact your service provider.

    Please could you help me on this problem?

    So it is not unlocked yet? First you have to go to someone (someone trusted) and have the Q10 unlocked by code. Then you put in your own SIM card. Best to find out which networks are compatible with a Sprint Q10. Can't help with that one I'm afraid.

    I also bought sprint q10 from eBay and I have ordered the code from unlocking site. But there is no way to enter the code under settings > security and privacy > sim card. There is no menu to enter the unlock code. Does it mean I won't be able to unlock?
