Hi,
Been experiencing problems with my exchange account today.
Emails are not loading, I never changed any settings besides updating the OS yesterday.

Any clues?

I have to assume you did an OTA or BB Link update (not an autoloader destructive load).

2 ideas:

- Restart (reboot) your phone. If you can, pull the battery. If the battery isn't removable, hold both volume buttons down until the screen blanks out.
- If that doesn't work, try deleting the account, reboot the phone, then add the account again.

You might just need to update the password. Go settings - accounts - email and re-enter you password. Try that.

Hey I'm having issues as well since the 10.3.1 update. Whenever I switch from my data to WiFi only at work all my emails stops working and I get a notification saying they're not responding. And i always have to 're enter the password for each one, and it's somehow annoying . I'm using the passport and I've done hard resets and all ...
