    I encounter several problems after I updated my blackberry q10. First it wound't find the newest update. It will say on the phone and on bb link that it had the current version. So I updated the phone with autolader. It did updated but the music, videos and other apps are missing. Can't find them anywhere, there are only 2 screens with apps and nothing. I installed whatsappp and on installation it will prompt a message that says I have an unsupported os. I'am able to proceed and use the app though. please help, thanks

    I have Verizon wireless, its unlocked and have a telcel(m�xico) sim card

    Did you read about Autoloader before use ?
    Autoloader "wipe" device storage (not sd card) if updated with it .
