Hi to all,
Im having a problem with bbm, we have 2 Q10 and we use bbm no problem, however one phone will send and receive all messages from all os, iphone etc, but not from my daughter who has a Galaxy s4, the other phone receives all messages no problem.
My daughter has deleted bbm and put it back on again, but still no joy.

Maybe you have blocked her pin
Try to see weather her pin is blocked in your q10
