Having problems with 64GB micro SDXC cards on Q10. Have tried to load San Disk, Samsung and Toshiba. All 3 give error message "can't download media card driver". Does anyone know a 64GB brand that definitely works? Or how to download the media card driver?

Have you tried the SDXC Cards in another device to confirm that they actually work ok.

I hope this isn't the case for you - but there have been a fair few posts by people who have bought SD Cards for incredibly cheap prices (usually off sites like eBay) and have then found out that the cards are actually fake.....

I think it's a FAT32 vs FAT issue based on the forum discussion. No worries, I'll exchange the 2 64GB cards for 32GBs tomorrow and see if that works.

What OS version are you on, it seems you're in al older version that didn't support exFAT formated cards.

I was able to pop in a 32GB San Disk microSD which works properly and call it a day. This will buy me extra time to figure out the 64GB issues.
