    I am at the office most of the day, and don't like the thought of using up my charge cycles when I'm not on-the-go. Is it possible to just plug in my Q10 and have it run off that power? Are there any accessories that would make this work?

    Buy an extra battery. Swap when in work. Keep plugged in.

    Don't charge your Q10 while using it. Starting with 100% on the morning, you have enough juice until the end of the day. If not, search the forum for advices (because, except if you use an Android app like Skype or WhatsApp, you have roughly 18h of power in your pocket).
