Hi All,
I am in big trouble my BB Q10 just 1 month old and the SIM Card tray bin got broken, i searched everywhere (i am in Saudi Arabia) in local service center but i couldn't find the SIM TRAY for BB Q10 because its very new here, please tell me where i can find it?
people in local service center said bring the part and we will replace it for you, otherwise they will replace the entire logic board.
It's my first thread here and i hope that everyone help me to get my BB Q10 back to work again.

Thanks a lot for your fast reply, can you please let me know which Tray will be compatible with the Q10? and where can i find it online ?
i found online many of Sim Trays but its compatible with the previous models like BOLD, Curve and Torch but i didn't found any sim tray for the Q10.

I love this reply. The OP is mainly asking for WHERE to get the tray, and this reply simply says: "do it yourself." Not at all answering the OP's question. To make it worse "The tray is cheap" suggests he knows where to get one, just deciding not to share, lmao!! :-D Thanks for the morning chuckle.

i did search for it, unfortunately at the moment still could not find it. most probably you need to change the logic board or replace the phone...

The part will not be easy to find as it will be an item that is soldered directly to the board. This is not a "normal" user repaired item and parts will be hard if not impossible to find.

How did you break a pin? Adapter?
