Transform your BBID to your New emai ....
Your contacts use outlook.com or gmail email Adress , or get a app like intouch or contact x
Your BBM contacts are down with your BBID.
Messages .... There are Backup apps out if you don't want to use bblink

how do you just transform it, to change bb id you security wipe phone to make a new id on your phone so for my new phone q10 or z10 i want to use a different id from my q5 but put my stuff from q5 onto my new phone

Edit the BBID Info and put in your New email Adress , all your apps and paid stuff like Music are on your ID. You can run your ID on more phones only the BBM will just run on one phone.... I think so

Ok maybe i Miss something, do you allready have a BBID ? I think yes. And you wanna change your emailadress for this BBID? If yes just Login to your BBID over a Webbrowser and edit your BBID Account..

yes i understand but will that keep my previous information
and then if i set up a new phone with the id i changed it to will it restore my previous info ?

and what happens to my old phone that is set up on this id ?
