I have always wanted to use a BB with physical keyboard. I'm currently using Samsung S7 edge and used iPhone 6s before that.
Did I make a bad decision to buy q10 now ? I was reading this forum and see people facing issues with installing google play store. Is there a guide which I could use to install google play store on q10 ?

Another question, I'm on at&t, do I need to intimate them when I change my sim from Samsung to q10 ?

I use AT&T for my service as well. If sim card is the same type/size then you don't have to do anything.

I believe AT&T needs to be provided the ID for your Q10.

The Q10 is the best phone available to day...good luck with yours.

I don't think you made a mistake, the Q10 is an awesome phone and very reminiscent of the older BlackBerry devices(bold/curve). I think you'll enjoy typing on the Q10, hub, and multitasking! Enjoy =)

No, not in my opinion. I'm using a Q10 on a Sprint MVNO -- very happy with my choice.

The Q10 is a wonderful phone, though at this point I probably would've gone for the Classic instead since it's a bit newer and has a larger display.

I concur, love the form factor of the Q10 though!! Much better imo in comparison to the classic/Q20. I actually will pick up a classic eventually, but it's gotta be blue ;D

I was also thinking about classic but q10 pulled me in with it's lightness and removable battery. Also the price difference was like 100$ more for classic which is essentially bigger q10 with toolbelt.

I'm a very happy Q10 user... although I only use it for communications (phone/text/email). I use a separate WiFi device (Android) for the few apps that I need.

The apps, when side loaded to the Q10, just didn't perform as I needed them to. The biggest issue was with display formatting.

For me, it works. For many, it doesn't.

Only you can decide if you did or did not make the correct decision.

However, I think the Q is a fabulous device. Unfortunately, likely the last of its kind. The size, the ease of one hand use, the removable battery and on and on. Great phone.
