Phone wasn't dropped nor was anything splashed on it. It has been just sitting on my desk. I used it 30 minutes ago and the screen was normal. Now this pink splotty stuff is all over it. It is *not* on the screen protector, it's within the phone. Any ideas?? Anyone seen/heard of this issue??

Looks like it might have been close to a magnetic...did a reset do anything?

Posting an update so if anyone else starts to see this pink and blue nonsense on their screen they know the life of their Q10 is waning fast. The pink/blue spots turned into a completely black screen in a matter of a few hours. RIP beloved Q10. No idea cause of death.

You can get a screen on ebay for $20 or less. It's easy to replace plus there are step by step videos online. Good luck.

Did Sprint have any idea what caused this? We've seen a lot of things DOA BB10 devices but I've never seen anything do a device in like this. Did something internal leak or something?

I'll give you 20$ for it if you really believe them that it's dead. It's just the screen.

The Sprint guy didn't say exactly what cause/issue was. I don't care at this point since I have a new Q10 and I'm not out a dime. This is my 3rd Q10 in 2 years, second since Oct 2015 (yay for equipment protection plan). I wouldn't say I'm at all hard on phones but of the BBs I've owned (Curve, Bold, Q10) this is the only one I've had to replace multiple times. Notwithstanding, it's still my fav thus far.
