I have double-checked my Twitter account, and I have no saved direct messages.

However, whenever I reboot my Q10, a bunch of DMs dating back a couple of years appear in the Hub.

They are easily deleted, but the next time I turn on my phone, they reappear.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, the only thing that fixed it for me was to log in to Twitter via web browser and manually delete the messages.

    :/

Hi - that's my problem, though. When I log in to Twitter via a browser, it confirms I have no DMs there. But the Q10 keeps finding old ones that shouldn't exist any more!

Hi, I found that if you delete the Twitter app you still get twitter notifications.

I thinks Twitter is engraved in the BB10 OS.

If you don't delete the Twitter account, you will continue to get messages.

Try this: Delete the app, delete the account, go to BlackBerry World, search for "Blaq", buy it and your troubles are solved.

I've just bought Blaq, but it seems to be a waste of money as it doesn't do what I need it to do. For a start, it lets me scroll down only a limited number of people I follow - not the whole list. It means there are contacts on there I can't access.

Second, it doesn't link up with the Hub, which is about the main reason I got a BB10 device.

APIs aren't available yet to link to Hub, 10.2 hopefully, see below.
