Why isn't the Q10 available for pre-order like the Samsung S4?

Their "wait and see" decision on the Z10 is FULL OF FAIL.

Why can't someone running the ship make proper decisions? Guess they'll never get past 3rd or 4th carrier place at this rate of decision making. I've been watching friends with Sprint move elsewhere as a result of this full of fail decision. My GF is actually looking at switching to T-Mobile for the Z10 because she can't keep waiting for Sprint to get their 3rd act together.

I just posted a link that confirms that Sprint will carry the Q10 and none of the other US carriers have it for preorders either and thats typical. the preorders for the Z10 started about a week before. It is not scheduled to launch until late May.

If you believe that sprint won't carry the Q10 then move on and change carriers. Tmobile has faster speed (and the best price) and AT&T has lte and if you live in the middle of nowhere you have verizon (if you don't mind paying more)

But you can't complain about the valid arguments everyone else is pointing at that prove that sprint will have the Q10 along with everyone else.

The problem is not doubting that they will bring the Q10 to Sprint, it is the TOTAL LACK of enthusiasm and with the "playing it safe" approach. They were soo eager to carry the iphone and all the other phones get the red carpet, but not so with the blackberry phones.

Many of their subscribers are asking for the Z10, but seems they don't give a ****.

Canada just started preordering and releasing. You have to wait for the US Launch just like for the Z10..

Wait like every one else. Sprint did say they'll support it.

Until then be happy they will even get it. I left Sprint To get the Z10. Best decision I've ever made.

Yea im pretty sure Sprint is getting the Q10. Im currently with Sprint, but im hoping they will carry the Q in white, otherwise i plan on dropping Sprint for whichever U.S. carrier will be offering it in white.

I cancelled my Sprint service over a month ago. They dropped the ball on the Z10 and the Q10. Their service is horrible.
I think there's a systemic issue with how they train their employees. Something needs to change.

I recommend you go to ATT or Verizon.
