    How long has it been? It can take up to a week for the phone to settle it's battery.
    Week and a day. Aprox. But what exactly has to 'settle'. I'm not understanding that aspect

    I would try downloading a stable leak. I'm on AT&T with 10.2.1.2234 and my battery is awesome.

    Called att to complain about the battery life with the 10.2 update ,so they sent me a new battery. Guess what...still sucks

    Yea! I have two free batteries so far so that kind of takes care of a bad battery issue,I carry them with me wherever I go.

    What I can tell you is that your Q10 is not normal. The majority of Q10 users including myself get at least one full day of usage with the Q10.

    Since your Q10 is most likely under warranty, you might just have to contact them that way.

    I used to get a full day before I upgraded to 10.2. So I'm thinking its a software issue

    It could be a coincidence that the device malfunction and the software update are happening close together.

    Your 10.2 update is nothing special. And it has been out for many months now with no issues for others.

    So I finally resolved my issue thanks to someone on another thread. I did a reinstall using bblink. Battery life is amazing now. Can't believe it..luv the q10 again.
