    My wife's q10 works fine except for when she talks on BBM video I can't hear her on my z30. She can hear me too. BBM voice works fine. I called my dad on his z10 and it's fine so we know it's something with her q10. Phone calls are OK. I'm thinking it's a microphone issue, I've heard it's a separate microphone from the phone. Either that or a software issue. She's on the official 10.2.1. We have never tested BBM video until yesterday.

    make sure everyone is on 1925 official, there was an audio bug in all of the leaks

    Just tested speakerphone and mic doesn't work either. Going to send it for repair. Thanks for the help
