Hi,

I recently purchased the Q10 and new user to BB10. After setting up my work email, i realized that some of the email show up without subject and name and it has never happened to me before. This is mainly for external emails (meaning customer emails) received and emails sent from internal work place displays fine. More specifically, when I click into these emails, even the sender's email and contact do not show up. This is really bothering and concerning to me since I was looking forward to getting this phone for some time now. Can you please let me know what happened here as now BB10 is putting serious doubts into my head if this problem cannot be fixed.

This sometimes happens to me with IMAP accounts in Thunderbird when something gets out of sync and Thunderbird gets confused.

Wild-guess solution:

Completely power-down the phone by holding down the top button until it says it's powering down.
Log in to your work email.
Look for the culprit emails based on the timestamps you saw on your phone. If you find them, delete or file them. If you don't find them, don't worry about it too much.

Make sure the inbox is "Compacted"
Empty the trash.
Log out of work email.

Power up phone, and cross your fingers.
