It seems that a lot of people are eager to be one of the first to get an update without knowing what the update does, but be aware. Some report the 10.1.0.2309 update to cause odd happenings with battery life.

I'm in the UK, on O2, and I have this update on my Q10 as well. Battery life of the phone is not affected. If anything, it seems better than before!

This update went live to arabian region 2 weeks ago and I noticed that your keyboard is arabic so yeah. battery life was horrible in the first two days and then it became awesome :3 but I noticed that sometimes it lags a little bit but it's not an issue.

Looks like everyone else is getting good life with this except me.

I'm averaging around 6-7%/hour discharge, 1 active frame (BeBuzz) in a strong signal area (3g only). This is with no use, discharge rate is much higher when using the phone and with moderate to heavy use (bbm, a few emails and a few calls) I'm getting about 6 hours in total from a full charge.

Is this in line with others experience?

Did you delete one of the core apps like twitter linkedin? If so that's why you're getting the same update over and over
