Long story short; my year old Q10 was acting crazy; no drop down menu; no Hub; no music; etc.
Tried hard & soft resets; pulled the battery, & sim card, attached to BB Link, for updates, etc
Finally, Jen from TMo in Colorado, walked me through a total reset, & restore
Called me 4 times to make sure the process was progressing
After about 2-3 hours: VOILA, my Q10 was reborn, & feeling brand new!
    Thanks, TMo!

Thanks for the good report. That is heartwarming.

My family uses ATT as over the years we have always had good telephone support. It is nice to know other carriers may be good, too.

Good to hear. I've rarely had to call T-Mobile for phone problems, but the times I have called they pulled through.

How was the total reset different from a hard reset? Did you reinstall the OS and/or wipe the phone?
