    Ok.... so I'm new to BlackBerry. started up bbm and created a new id. And it's stuck om associating my bbm with my id

    I've scanned this forum already and done what people have suggested..... fully registered the id on BlackBerry website..... restarted...... security wiped..... made sure I have BBIS. still nothing is happening. Very frustrating.

    you need a normal data plan, not BIS
