Greetings!

Old time BlackBerry user and glad to be back in the saddle! I picked up a Priv and a Q10. The Priv is awesome but the Q10 is such a great device for portability and productivity.

I am on ATT and the Q10 I acquired is a gently used ATT device. It currently has 10.1.0.2030 installed and when I go to device updates in settings it tells me I have the latest OS?? Isn't 10.3 available for the Q10? Why is it not updating automatically? Or do I need to call ATT or update manually?

I love this little Q10 and would love to get it updated...

You can plug the Q10 into your computer and check for software updates through BB Link. That would be the easiest route. Otherwise, there plenty of options ranging from an autoloader which will wipe your device and allow you to start out fresh, or through the use of Sachesi for an OTA-like update. Being such a large jump in OS versions I'd not recommend using Sachesi. But try BB Link first...before considering an autoloader.
