Hiya, went from a Torch to a Q10 recently and while I love a lot about it i'm not sure i'm liking the new BBM. Cannot see how to save my BBM chat history and cannot get the Colour ID app to work at all!! Anyone help?

The settings for most BB10 apps are accessed by swiping down from the top of the screen. When you do this in BBM, you should see a little gear icon on the right to access the settings screen, and from there you can enable the Save Chat history option.

BBM chat history must be turned on, then you can access past chats.

Open BBM>Swipe from the top>Settings>Scroll down to Save Chat History, and select ON.

I can't help with Colour ID as I don't use that app.

Just remember, (last time I checked) only "Color LED Message", "Watcher" and "Hub++" are the only apps that let you change the colour and run in the background at the same time. Other apps you need to keep open for them to stay working

I have kept it open but only working for one contact and not at all for BBM :-(
