    I've had my Q10 since launch day. Today, I had the keyboard replaced. So glad I did and wish I had done it earlier! It's like a new phone. I was having issues where my M and N keys only worked 20% of the time. Now everything is back to how it was when the phone was new. If you are like me and have been putting off getting a new keyboard, go ahead and replace it!

    No, I took it to Cell Phone Repair. I bought the keyboard on ebay and just paid for labor.
