Morning all,

We've a number of Q10 phones at work and since the last BBM update users have been complaining that the smiley face list is now very long and hides two thirds of the screen. Is there any way to hide the new faces and/or limit it to two rows?

There is no way to hide the emoticon list as far as I know. I don't see an issue on my Q10 however. Sure it takes up half the screen but as soon as you choose your emoticon it goes away.

Wow the things some people complain about!

The Emoticons list is the same size as the keyboard, so it doesn't hide any more of the chat than the keyboard does.

Not sure why this is a problem when the Emoticons are only displayed when you want then to be and are hidden when you don't need them.

I think the other complaint is that older BB devices do not render the new smiley faces properly but instead show text.
