I bought a q10 off a friend of mine and unlocked it with a code bought from a website. I signed up for a plan on koodo but immediately got errors saying my phone is still network locked when I put in the SIM. Here's some screenshots to help explain:

The device isn't unlocked. If it were you would not have the tab "unlock network" present.

You would see:
Network unlocked
Network subset unlocked
Service provider unlocked

When you input the unlock code did you get a notification that it was successful ?

Go to "unlock network" and press it.
How many attempts are remaining ?

If u paid for it, tell them that it didn't work.
