Hi, I went into settings > security> sim card

I'm wondering if it's normal that at the bottom it says my network and service provider says unlocked.... I didn't unlock the phone. I just did a security wipe too. I can't post a screenshot

Mine is unlocked, so it's like this



But before I unlocked it, 2 out of 3 showed unlocked.
So unless all 3 say unlocked your phone is probably still carrier locked

Yeah mine only has two down there,

Network subset and service provider unlocked.


I just feel like it used to say locked for both. Hmmm

Phones are usually shipped with network subset unlocked and with service provider unlocked, I suppose.

thats what you may have thought but when locked to your carrier only these 2 say unlocked when carrier unlocked all 3 will say unlocked
