How do you track what duties are and whether you are charged for them the minute you accept an order delivered to you by the postal service. What about taxes, duties etc and how are these charged!?

What are you talking about? Duties aren't typically charged to the consumer, except when they are passed on by the retailer/importer/exporter at the time of order placement. You aren't going to accept a package and then get a bill in the mail from customs. If the item reaches your home, that means that duties and customs fees have already been paid. If not, CBP wouldn't release it.

Sorry I had to end my commentary. I was wondering if their is an application for this? Just wondering? I use XE for current dollar pricing and conversion but I often wondered if there is a tool or app out there that gives you dutie charges?
