I got the Q10 and I've been having problems with it since day one........ I called Tmobile and they told me to format so I did and when I did, the alarm disappeared....... it's not on the drop down menu on both the locked screen and unlocked screen. When I pull down the alarm while the screen is locked, all I see is a black screen; when I pull down the menu with an unlocked screen, it looks like: need help with alarm app... not on drop down menu-img_00000001.png

I tried to look for updates on BBLink, but it said there were no updates........ I am on the newest OS.
    HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE D:

What to you mean by FORMAT ? Do you mean 'Format the media card' or 'Security Wipe'
Formating the media card will not help you... a 'Security Wipe' could .. ( but that would erase everything on your device )

I am also surprised that you have only one panel in your home screen ...
Did you move everything in folders ?

Or When you say FORMAT, do you mean reinstall the OS ?

BB10 does not require a battery pull. A shutdown maybe, never a battery pull as you might corrupt something by cutting the power so suddenly.

No first you shutdown, then you pull the battery
