Having recently upgraded all my corporate devices to the new OS10.3.1 I am finding that a number of the devices (Q10s at this time) stop receiving/sending emails on a daily basis... the 'quick fix' is to resend the IT Policy to the affected device, but this is not going to be accepted for too much longer...
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a known reason or fix for this issue..
Thanks in advance for any assistance/advise you can offer.

Try 'security wiping' one Q10, configure it with BES again, send the IT policy again, test for a a couple days, if that fixed it, try it on others.

I don't admin a BES, but I just thought I would offer something anyways. Just in case it works, might save you some trouble. Good luck!

Also, there is a section of the forums specific to BES admin, you might have better luck there. It is in the forum section called 'Enterprise'.
