    Hi,

    I have problem with my Q10... the phone can not boot and when i want try to reload thats impossible, coz after i plug in cable then only 5 second my phone always restart...

    You can try to plug the phone in to your computer, and hold the power button until it shuts off completely.

    Either way, try opening BlackBerry Link > Preferences > Reload > and Select "Reload" when your device is plugged in.


    See if that works for you!

    Comment back, and someone can recommend something else if that doesn't work out for you!

    my bbq10 have problem, once i on my bb is going to hang up, the i was take out the battery and on again same problem, my bbq10 is 6mos old only

    It's still under warranty then, exchange it for another thru your provider

    Q10 with Telus on 10.3.0.296
