    Hi. I'm desperate for anyone to help me. I took my battery and sim card out of my Q10 phone for a few minutes but fell asleep and ended up leaving them out for 2 hours. I put them back in immediately and now the phone won't turn on. Any help you can give me is very greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Try charging the phone for a while and see if that makes a difference. Leaving the battery out should not affect the phone.
