Hello guys, Since today i got myself a bb Q10.
I was so thrilled to finally have this device but my excitement ended quite fast. Because the first.thing i wanted to.do was to update my bb to 10.2.1. But something went wrong and now i didnt even use it and wonder if i still will ?
I will try to explain what happend(sorry my english isnt good) i followed the intructions on a active topic here called ''working 10.2"" when i clicked on the . Exe from the leak.everything seemed to go.well untill I got.the message : error failed to.load images and error communications something. It didnt go further then this, so i restarted my pc and tried the same but it didnt work again and now my pc and Blackberry Link doesnt recognize my device anymore. Then i tried via bb Link to bring it back to factory settings but here it hangs and doesnt go further aswell . Are there any options left for me or is my device broken now ?

Just try to update your Q10 via the web.

The solution for me was to uninstall/remove blackberry link and download/install it again.
I also changed my usb cable. After this suddenly my PC recognized my Q10 again and I was able to install the 10.2.1 leak succesfull this time

Thanks man ! Im quite a phone junkie. Before the Q10 I had a Iphone 5 and Htc One but till now im really liking the Q10.
Also the screen responsiveness and softfeeling of the touchscreen !? cant really describe.. I find great !
And ofcourse the keypad
