Just left the Infiniti car dealership. My Q10 and Infiniti Q50 do NOT like each other. When Bluetooth is turned on my cars two displays periodically go dark and reboot. Radio turns off, map and menu's turn off...
Also I am unable to 'reply to', see or send texts for several minutes. It's about week 4 of this and Infiniti has no solution for me.
Had a loaner car today and had the same issue. Screens going dark, texting disabled for several minutes.

    Has anyone had this issue?
It's beyond unacceptable at this point and I can't imagine leaving bberry but I may have to.

Sounds like their software is wonky. Try adjusting your bluetooth settings on your phone to see if it's trying to use a protocol that's killing your car.

    Disable everything in MAP.

Oh no... Ok.. MAP.... where do I find that?
Can I also ask another question? When I connect the usb with my car and q10 I get the message that it's trying to pair with blackberry link.... why? and how do I/ should I disable that?

Settings -> Networks and Connections -> Bluetooth -> Configuration -> Message Access Profile (MAP).

Settings -> Storage and Access -> Access Using USB -> Charge Only Mode.

The first option. Then set charge only mode.

Omg. It might be fixed! Did I need anything in the MAP settings that are now turned off?

If you enable SMS in MAP it should show messages in the car. If your car starts freaking out again you'll have to do without.

It's sad. I can't have bluetooth turned on while in my car. It's making my screens and radio turn off for a second but doing it repeatedly. Can't text or answer emails with bluetooth on in car either. Went to dealership and it was doing the same thing in my loaner car. Unbelievable. I might have to leave bberry. I can't not use bluetooth. Shoot me.

Have you tried a different phone to see if works correctly? I have a 2015 Honda Civic and my Q10 works great but my wife's iPhone doesn't work so well with cars Bluetooth system.

What's next no drinking a coffee or talking to a passenger?
